"I used to be very active but over the years stopped exercising and gained 20 pounds. I simply had no motivation to exercise and eating healthy was a constant struggle. I had been looking for a new trainer around October and tried craigs list. Little did I know that I would hook up with Meg. She took me on due to a weekend cancellation and I have been hooked ever since. She is motivational, tough, and attentive. She has me looking forward to my time with her. I can always look forward to a challenging work out and having my butt "kicked". Meg targets the areas most in need of attention on my body. As I'm doing the workout routine she's laid out for me for the week I can hear her in my ear telling me to keep good form. Every so often she gives me things to do that she knows I can do but I don't know it yet. That's the sign of a trainer who knows her client and their abilities. Just this past weekend she lays on me "I'm gonna look for a 5k run for you to do...you need a fitness goal" and I'm laughing and thinking "yeah right" but the next day I was on the track and had done 2 miles. She plants the seeds of what I never thought I could do and then I all of a sudden see myself doing it. I don't think I'll be looking for a new trainer anytime soon. She's all you could ask for.
