Training Philosophy
I believe that exercise is essential to mental and physical health. Without it, a lifestyle is incomplete. Exercise can test your willpower, self-discipline, and perseverance, and ultimately can make you stronger mentally, as much as physically. When a person is in great physical shape, they feel great, and can get the most out of life!
Setting and Achieving Goals
When designing an exercise program, it's important to identify realistic goals. A goal could be anything from losing 10 pounds, having toned arms to show off, dropping a dress size, or feeling confident in that little black dress. Before we begin on our fitness adventure, I offer a one hour complimentary session to discuss your medical history, fitness goals and any restrictions you may have. From there, I will design an exercise program to meet your individual needs, and together we will set a realistic timeline for success.
Age Is Only a Number
I work with women in every stage of life to achieve their personal goals. I have trained women throughout various stages of their lives, ranging in age from 18 to 70. I work with new moms who want to lose their baby weight, brides looking to get fit in time for their weddings and women seeking to improve their overall health and fitness. I am a new mom myself and know how important it is to stay in shape.
Nothing makes me happier than to help my clients look and feel healthy and happy by getting fit and toned!
